RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your order, please email us at hello@richinlife.co and include your full name and order number. You are welcome to return your item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving. Any costs involved in returning must be covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed by RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD.
We offer refunds on the product price subject to the following terms and conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS
The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging (including bubble wrap & packing sleeves). Any signs that the product has been used, damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when receiving product, as we cannot accept returned products that have incurred any marks, stains or damage of any kind.Â
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty product, please email us at hello@richinlife.co with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post to submit a damaged item in transit claim. Faulty products do not include those that have already been used.Â
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed. Please ensure you include the correct full name, postal address and any other details before placing an order.Â
COST OF RETURNS
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return orders. When you request a refund, you will be issues a Returns Form. Please include your Returns Form or packing slip in your return parcel, otherwise we will not be able to recognise your return.Â

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.Â
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
The process for returning your order is detailed below:
- Complete the Returns Form
Email us at hello@richinlife.co to request a Returns Form to download and complete. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
You may select a refund or exchange. Please note that exchanges will only be available if products are in stock. If not, only a refund will be available.Â
- Pack Your Return
When returning items ensure you enclose:
- The completed Returns Form, including your order number
- The item(s) for return
- Send Your Return
For all returns use a reputable courier company such as Australia Post or DHL, or an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD is not liable for the loss of product in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.Â
RETURNS FORM
For sustainability purposes, we do not include Returns Forms in our parcels. If you would like to return your item(s), please download, print and complete a copy of the Returns Form.

NOTE: Rich In Life products are currently available for pre-order & will begin being shipped out from 7 November 2024.Â
ITEM AVAILABILITY
At the time of publication, there are limited numbers available for purchase. RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD, will update the site if the product is out of stock and not available at the time of purchase.Â
In the unlikely event that you process an order and the product is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a future replacement if available or a full refund.Â
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Before making a purchase, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.Â
If you need to make any changes to your order please email us immediately at hello@richinlife.co and we will do our best to update these for you. Please note that we can’t guarantee any updates, so please make sure to reconfirm your details before completing any purchase.Â
If your order has already been shipped, RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.
RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.Â
