Shipping policy

Please allow 10 business days for your order to be shipped out once processed. 

Please ensure you confirm your postal address information is correct before finalising an order. There is no guarantee that this can be changed after purchase. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your nominated email address. Please ensure this nominated email address is correct and valid. Once posted, please note that Australia Post delays may apply that are out of our control. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be charged at a rate of $10.00 for shipping in Australia. Free domestic shipping within Australia is available for purchases over AUD $60.00.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us and reference your order number. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, we use Australia Post. At the time of publication, RICH IN LIFE PTY LTD offers International Shipping to New Zealand, Ireland & England. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on your specific location at the check out.
